Cindy Wilkins

Cindy is the Co- Founder/Executive Director of STAGES. She is passionate about seeing youth find their creative voice and feel confident to share that creativity with the community. In her spare time she loves to attend theatre productions throughout the Tri-County area as well as playing with her 4 Dalmatians and reading mystery novels.

Cindy has lived in the Hillsboro area for almost 50 years. Cindy and her husband David raised their 8 children here and were always involved in the local arts and culture of the area. Cindy is a retired school teacher, paralegal and worked at an adoption agency for 20 years, writing homestudies and counseling adoptive parents. She loves dalmatians and has a pack of 4 that she adores. Free time will find her reading, going to theatre, watching movies and traveling a bit.
