David Wilkins is a graduate of PSU. He has been a CPA in Oregon since 1980. I was a founding board member of Stages where we established our first vision/mission. I am dad to 8 children of 5 nationalities and most of them have been in the fine arts and I have seen first hand what positive effect the arts have on youth. From the founding moment to today I have watched Stages improve the value of lives in our community, not just in performance and skill, but truly finding their voice and finding a place to belong when sometimes our youth cannot get community traction.
