Frank is a retired systems engineer and manager with well over 30 years in the tech sector. He does all of the photography and web stuff for STAGES. Frank has been engaged with STAGES since 2011 and on the board since 2013. He also assists in running the STAGES programs, plays, camps. “The most rewarding thing about working with our kids is watching them explore, grow, gain confidence, and develop into fine young adults.”
